Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your e-mail accounts and email newsletters. Besides, you can forward email messages from one e-mail box account to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your electronic mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply select the electronic mail account you wish to redirect mail messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
